Chris Conley had better combine measurables than Smith
taller, longer arms, bigger hands,

Except Chris Conley didn't do shite in college and was viewed as an UDFA before the combine.
Devin Smith was consistently viewed as a late 1st/2nd round WR and and actually been a very good WR on the field, unlike Conley.
And I like Conley. But there's no way I draft him before the 4th round.
