This was my original point. It would create something completely new to the league. He could command and very well get more money than Winston gets as the 1st overall pick. He is a FA, so he can freely negotiate.
If this is what happens, a major precedent will be set. It can screw up the draft in the future

That is why he won't go undrafted. Hell the Bengals would probably consider drafting him in the 5th even if he was named a suspect.
Someone will gamble a late round pick just to hold his rights. I would be pissed if the Saints wouldn't even spend a 7th for his rights.
