sammys on highland.
Their size is keeping them off the list. If we were going by sales per sq ft, then yes.
And yes, they are doing very well.
Based on their sq footage (4,400 sq ft) and sales of around $450 per sq ft., their sales are pretty close to $2 million per year, probably more.
ETA:
By comparison, Chimes East is around 13,000 sq ft (a very large restaurant) and is very busy also. So at $450 per sq ft and 13,000 sq ft, that damn near $6 million per year, but it's probably closer to $7 million.

That place can sit a lot of people. It sits more than some of these bolded and probably on par with the others.

1. Chimes East
2. Twin Peaks
3. Hooters (I guess Siegen is busier than the College Dr./Corporate Location)
4. Olive Garden
5. Parrain's
6. Ruffino's
7. TJ Ribs (Acadian)
8. Outback Steakhouse (Acadian)
9. BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse
10. PF Changs
Cant speak on Olive Garden, but Sammys fits a lot of people in its doors. They have 4 tables on the patio, around 6 in the side area behind the takeout counter, a good amount when you walk in and more by the entrance to the kitchen, they have that side room that backs up to the side bar parking lot (around 8 tables), and the bar which has almost 10 tables.

If we're going by sales per sq feet, then Taco Bell on Burbank has to be on there. There is never less than 5 cars in the dive thru line
