Remember when Hawks fans got mad at me when I said their team would be somewhere around 4th or so in the West? #disrpeck

Where should they have gone with it then? That's as open as he ever gets. Do you ever watch them?

Yeah. I replied to you. Whoops. Mostly talking to the Hawks fans who are lurking now but were posting like crazy during the streak, starting their own nightly threads.

Atlanta dominated that game statistically except for a big difference in turnovers. That streak at the beginning when Schroder turned it over about 5 times in a row early was killer.

Yeah those nightly threads were the best.

Damn, tough loss. I still have confidence, but our shooting is so off right now.

give a pump, let the guy run by. or catch the ball and pass and find a better shot.

of course i watch them. I also dont think ive seen him miss 3 in a row before that, forcing shite like that. He wasn't himself. He looked nervous as shite

It's remarkable how similar the conversation was with the Pacers and Wizards last year.

I was reading those threads. All we kept hearing from ATL fans is how experience doesn't matter.

We've all been watching basketball long enough to know that no team comes into the playoffs with no experience and just wrecks shop. Everyone has to go through their growing pains.

Now an 8th seed might take them 7 games.

I got laughed at for ranking the Cavs as stronger title contenders in January.

They've definitely played nervous a lot in this series so far.

Pretty similar.

Indiana had experience winning in the playoffs, at least.

Shooting's been off for sure, but we still handed them that game. Or Williams took it from us..

Ready to get back to ATL that's for sure.

But it's just a little crazy a close loss on the road and all of a sudden a 1-seed just happened. I guess we'll see in the next week.

And this is why most people said the Hawks wouldn't win shite. They don't have a go to guy at the end of games to make the big shots.

Yeah we just got to take care of business at home. Hey it's the playoffs though and are suppose to be exciting. I certainly still believe we will pull it out.

It really looked like Teague was going to be that guy tonight. He helped us storm back in the fourth and then just decided to stop taking Williams to the hoop. During the regular season I thought we were unique by having 4 players who can be that go to guy at the end of the game, but now it really is showing as a glaring weakness. Still believe we put it together and play well soon. But hey, I am a homer so we will see.

I'm definitely on the Hawks bandwagon though because I need someone to root for after tomorrow

I think Korver isn't shooting nearly as well now as he was during that streak, and honestly Budz hasn't been very good recently. I still think the Hawks can make the ECF because the East is so weak, and even though it's 2-2, this series would be 3-1 if Deron Williams hadnt played his best game since 2008. I guess we'll find out though.
