re: Paris/Barcelona/Rome trip in mid-May...I need some recommendations

Years ago, but unfortunately was a poor backpacker and missed out on most of the excellent food. Also, we were using it as a base for Pamplona.

However, that whole area is abundantly rich with fantastic food.

Barcelona is an awesome city, however I say this with caution. Half the people who go there (in my experience) dont like it for one reason or another.
