Cool man. Good work.

Curious - when do you choose to use the Viking over the Primo?

Usually when I have something smoking on the primo and I don't want to disturb the temp. The primo is the star of the show by far!

Cool. I have a BGE and I was just wondering if there was something you preferred to cook on the Viking over the Primo.

Again, island looks good.

Did you build or buy the small rolling island on the side?

I built it. That's what the primo was in. Possibly selling it.

Nice. What kind of wood is that on the island?

Framed with 2x4s. Finished with pallet boards and topped with 2x6s. Slate tile inside the primo area.

Nice setup. Baller status to have Viking when you just need to throw something on.....

Do you have any concerns about the wood holding up in the weather? Is it sealed? Can't tell if the 2x6's are treated.

I love my Weber Primos set up. I doubt I ever make a change to the lineup

I inherited the Viking, no way I was giving it up. I will probably do a dealer on the wood. The 2x6 is treated. I will still seal/stain the top but the pallet boards I want to keep that look.

Looks great but you forgot to use an insulating jacket. When building a grill into a wooden island you are required to use an insulating jacket.
