Where to buy? What brands to look for? Would you ever buy a used grill?

IMO I would not but a 200 dollar gas grill. They don't last and replacement parts are almost non existent. But a weber kettle for 150 and save for a genesis.

Buy a charbroil at walmart or lowes. Throw it away at the end of the season.

The Outdoor Gourmet Brand, Academy's House Brand, are good grills. You can catch a 6 burner on sale for around $200 most of the time.

Here's a 5 burner for $199. I have the 6 burner version of this grill. Had it for a couple years now and it's excellent. I can't find it on their site right now though.

Here's a 6 burner Char-Broil at Academy for $199.

Another thing... I live in FL.

I'm reluctant to buy an expensive grill like a Weber because the salty air might rust out whichever grill I buy.
