Completing an engineering degree flow chart will take longer than expected when the class you need to move on to next semester’s engineering classes is full.

Alexander's fear mongering will/is doing more damage than a 3% budget cut. He's telling the whole country that LSU is basically run into the ground and will have to close and lose accreditation and declare bankruptcy. He's using hot button words like "bankruptcy" "closing" "cancelled" to try to get more attention for himself and his cause.

Considering LSU's out of state tuition brings in 50% more than in-state, he's only hurting the university by making it seem weaker than it really is.
