I would actually love that. An extra 10 mil in cap space in 16 would be great and would make practically any free agent a target.

I could see Asik considering it because of the cap increase in 2016. I will be a damn feeding frenzy in 2016. Its going to be crazy as frick.
Only problem is Omer is going to be 30 so he might want a long term deal. It would be a gamble for him. On the flipside, if he has a good year, he could get a last contract worth a lot more money.
I wonder if we could sign multiple one year deals next year and be major players in 2016. Clear enough room for a big time FA?
