Canon users - which is better, the 6D or the 7D mark II? The are both about the same price. The 6D has a higher ISO (102K compared to 16K for 7D). The 7D has 10 fps, 6D is 4.5 fps. They are both 20 megapixels and full frame sensors.

The 7Dii is a crop body, not a full frame. If you're doing portrait work exclusively, I'd pick the 6D. Anything else, 7Dii.

I thought the 7Dii was full frame. Gotta go back and look at that.
I shoot mostly street photography. Not much of a portrait guy. Actually cannot stand them.

I never shoot portraits, almost exclusively sports for me....I'll be ordering my 7d mkii and the 70-200 2.8L is II in a few weeks. Time to sell my old 60d.

Selling my 60D as well. What sucks, they are down to about $500 for the body. I will sell mine with the 85-135 kit lens that came with it, and maybe a couple other lenses I never use.
I have a Tamron 70-200 2.8. It's a great lens, rated one of the best lenses last year when it came out.

Yes definitely the 7D then. Better in every way, really. Dual Digic 6 processors (vs single 5+), 10fps (vs 4.5) 65 focus points (vs 11), better shutter. Like I said, unless you're all portrait or landscapes, I don't think it's a contest.

7D unless you shoot a lot of portrait/landscape type stuff.

This has nothing to do with your thread, just want to brag. I pulled the trigger on a Nikon D750 last, B&H will have it at the house tomorrow...
