Kind of a weird quiz since most questions were not about actual firearm function / calibers and more about what different agencies carry.

I find it very odd...US police can use HP bullets, but soldiers can't. But then again, I reflect on this: US Police officers are governed by our laws here in the USA...warfare limitations are placed on US Soldiers by a foreign convention (Hague).
This is just another reason why we don't want treaties that are done for international reasons governing our gun rights and ownership here in the good ole USA. My apologies if I sound like an NRA commercial..but this example is a good one.
