Contrary to most posters here, I couldn't agree more and have been saying the same thing for years. It's not even close. After Justice, it's pretty much all shite for Metallica except for the cover songs. They haven't made a decent album in over 25 years now.
On the flip side, I'm still excited to hear new Megadeth tunes every time they release something, and am especially looking forward to the upcoming album with Chris Adler.
The first 4 Metallica albums are hard to compete with by any act, but I'd take Peace Sells over any of them except for maybe Masters Of Puppets.
And the first 4 Iron Maiden albums, including Iron Maiden and Killers, are right up there too, along with any of the first six Black Sabbath albums.
