I think the "Millionaire" series was supposed to be the equivalent of the Ambassadeur "C" series. (i.e. the deluxe version of the Daiwa baitcasting reels).

Like Alx said, if the bearings are in good shape (if no oxidation from sitting in storage), you should be GTG. It won't have the magnetic cast control feature that many "modern" reels have, but you shouldn't need that crap anyway.
