What kind of reel, and what's the problem?
Favaro's is still open last time I checked. They have been in business for a long arse time. It's a very cool little shop that's worth visiting. Superior Bait and Tackle also repairs reels but that would mean you would have to go do business with superior bait and tackle.

Sorry for the hijack, but what's wrong with Superior? I realize that their prices on tackle are pretty expensive, but they are literally the only game in town for offshore gear. I try to order most of my stuff, but don't mind giving a locally owned business my business when in a crunch.
