Toys, electronics, or forms of entertainment that disappointed you as a kid

What were things or even aspects of life that simply disappointed you when you were young?
I have been watching video game documentaries on Netflix tonight, which brought back so many disappointing memories of things that really had me hyped!
1. The Nintendo Power Glove: Holy hell! This thing was a freaking disaster. It seldom worked properly. When it did work, chaos!!!
2. The Nintendo U-Force: This device was supposed to do what the Wii did more than a decade later, except it didn't...at all. Hands free control my arse!
3. The Atari Jaguar: 64 bits!!!! Do the math they told us! This system sucked hard. The graphics were worse than SNES, which was a 16 bit system. Atari should have had somebody else do the math!
4. Reebok Pumps: Yeah, they were cool, and I owned two pairs...but the damn basketball pump on the tongue would crack ten times faster than the rest of the shoe would wear out. They became hideous, quickly.
5. Hypercolor t-shirts: Sure looked really cool....until the 2nd washing....
What say you?

Slinky, it got knotted up and useless after an hour.

Yes, my cousin Steven got one of those for Christmas after watching Home Alone 2....it was not as cool as it was portrayed in the movie.
Megatron the toy was not a cool looking robot!!!! He was an awesome gun, which is what he stayed after looking at his thin, goofy looking robot legs!

I paid a shite load of money to rent one of these for a weekend from Blockbuster.

Yep! I had a friend who went out and bought this as soon as it became available. It was horrible!

Those 25 cent machine gel slappy hand things. Got about three good uses out of it and then it'd be so dust-laden that it was nasty/non sticky.
Digimon cards... Nobody else had them
Korean crayons. They were super soft and colored over anything like acrylics. Well, leave them in the car in Arizona and you end up with a mass of one multicolored blob.

The first ink jet printers were clunky, loud, and expensive pieces of shite.
Is it too early to bitch about Windows 8?

What about the white crayon? Totally pointless unless you had a coloring book that had slightly off-white/tan colored pages.

Also all those action figures looked awesome with waterfalls and shite in the background of commercials, but they were boring as hell.

But when you had a black piece of paper, it was glorious. Until you needed to outline things
