I've been using this for years and really like it. Fresh garlic(lots), soy sauce, Dijon mustard and orange marmalade. Heat briefly to melt, marinate for a couple of hours, then grill. Surprisingly tasty. You can also add some dark sesame oil for a more Asian flavor.

I'm not opposed to grilling it but would really like a recipe that I can just put in the oven and be done In a couple of hours.
