That sounds about right, this is right out of grad school for me too. The early turnaround times were lightning quick, I had an in person interview set up immediately after the phone interview, which was literally the week after I applied for the job. They did tell me I was the first candidate to interview and they "needed" to interview more candidates, which I totally understand and seems normal.
