love my G430, 79 bucks This is my rig I built last month and that's the headset. It's damn good. With my monitor that's a $1300 computer. Feels good to game on a beast.

You get what you pay for with gaming headsets. I'd recommend upping the budget a bit if you want to make a commitment.

I have the Razer Kraken headset. Excellent noise cancellation, mic is flexible and picks up voice chat very well while being able to filter out unwanted sounds. Only paid 60 bucks for the pair.
