Sons tux will be 90ish with shoes
Dinner I'll say $75
Corsage $30 (ridiculous for what you get but they're all the same here)
Pics $30
$200?? She's wearing a dress she already has.
And yes the "asking" is getting elaborate and ridiculous ... I told my daughter this isn't real life and not everyone does that.
Have a friend who bought her dtr for an 8th grade social a $100 pair of shoes ... I told my daughter tat was ridiculous and if it were me she'd be wearing that same pair to every prom and every homecoming ... This other mom is so not like me. They'll be buying more shoes for another $100.
Overkill.
