Well, except for the 840 EVO slow-down scandal, I too like Samsung drives. There's nothing wrong with Crucial drives either.

Either way, Samsung was supposed to release another patch this month in order to fix the issue completely after originally supplying a patch in October that repair a large portion of the affected 840 units.
