I prefer the Samsung evo drives over the crucial drives. The crucial drives seem to cause a lot of heat compared to others. I've actually seen a couple crucial ssd failures, I've yet to see any evo drives fail.

Well, except for the 840 EVO slow-down scandal, I too like Samsung drives. There's nothing wrong with Crucial drives either.
