Check out the Dell Venue Pro line. They have 8 and 11" options with Atom processors, giving you roughly the same options. They're 18-24 months old now, so you may pick them up on the cheap.

Even though this runs 8.1 don't expect miracles. This is best used for browsing and low impact programs.
