Shotgun (Beretta A400) -- wipe down the piston & chamber ~ once every 700-800 rounds. Take it down for a "full" cleaning ~ once every 1500 rounds.
Handgun (Glock 19) - Range gun (clone of my carry gun) gets cleaned ~ once every 1000-1500 rounds.
Handgun (Glock 19) - Carry gun gets cleaned every time I shoot it.
Shield - (BUG) Gets cleaned every time I shoot it.
AR, AK, .22's etc. get cleaned if they start to jam. I really don't shoot them very much.
