25th among sophmore or younger and 12 of them came from P5
How many of those 12 P5 QBs had a redshirt year?

Just asking. Who were the top 4?
Jared Goff, Cal
Brad Kaaya, Miami
Sefo Liufau, Colorado
Anu Solomon, Arizona
ETA: Somehow I missed JT Barrett, so I guess Jennings is actually 6th

Who cares? Jennings enrolled early and had the benefit of sitting out and watching a great QB start ahead of him.

and Jameis Winston, FSU
and Gunner Kiel, Cincy
and Christian Hackenburg, PSU
and Tommy Armstrong, Nebraska
and Maty Mauk, Mizzou
and Tyrone Swoopes, Texas
and Cyler Miles, Washington
and Trevor Knight, Oklahoma
and Chad Voytik, Pitt
and John Wolford, Wake
and Mitch Liedner, Minny
and Justin Thomas, Ga Tech
and Grayson Lambert, Virginia
All these guys have a higher QBR, more yards, and threw more TD's than Jennings, and are all sophomore or younger. Crazy thing is some of them weren't good enough to finish the season out b/c they sucked.
Let me repeat that only 1 qb in the country threw for less yards than Jennings did with as many attempts. ONE!

In terms of development, you're looking at a three-year interval. Of the QBs ranked ahead of Jennings in QBR, nearly all of them are juniors, seniors, and 5th year seniors. That's not a coincidence.
I like how you make that sound decent.
He finished 96th in qbr. The only qb below him that actually had decent playing time at a decent school was Jeff Driskell. The other 20 some odd players below him came from schools like SJSU, EMU, ULM, UTSA, Idaho, etc. QBR weighs heavily on getting sacked, and playing at these rent a win schools you get sacked a lot.
Jennings QBR: 45.9
Harris QBR: 69
