It might have been racist, it might not have. It was not normal dugout behavior for sure, but this is a sensitive, politically correct, obsessed world we live in.
Nearly 100 million people were killed by other people in the 20th century alone. The problem is not with the children, it's with the adults.
Kids look at this world and see the insanity, and behave badly sometimes, but adults make it all about them, and being politically correct, and not looking bad.
Get over it, and focus on the real problem.

I agree, except a quick google search of "dugout sniping" proves that it is not abnormal behavior for dugouts.
