Simple, two idiotic acts result in death.
Dog on leash, dog still alive.
Wear your seat belt, probably still alive.
The man kicking the dog is a non factor if leash is on just like getting ejected from a car is a non factor if seat belt is on.
Are you too stupid to understand this simple concept?
