True, but sometimes you have to work a little more than you planned than a little less than you should.
It's part of my company's culture however there are other companies in this same industry than provide a better work | life balance. With turnover being around 60 percent at my company, my "tenacity" or just plain stupidity has awarded me the opportunity to get promoted 3 times within 5 years.
