That's a pretty respectable salary. 
How long have you been working? I will tell you that no one I know made that out of college. They probably make that about 7 years into working.
That's what you make as an engineer out of school on average. But I make a good bit more than that less than 5 years out of school. I've moved up into those management avenues you talk about for CM's
