I'm having a difficult time finding the updated policy, but IIRC, the next test he fails he will be suspended for two games. I wouldn't be mad if we drafted him, nor would I be mad if we passed. But, a player who has failed multiple drug tests in college, and is already in the first phase of the program before being drafted, isn't a good sign.

Drug SOA Policy
There is a link in that article to the new policy. Look at Appendix G (last page of the document) for positive marijuana test discipline. It goes like this:
1st test - into program, no fine
2nd test - 2 game fine
3rd test - 4 game fine
4th test - 4 game suspension
5th test - 10 game suspension
6th test - 1 year ban
