While that is true to an extent, I think the term point is very relevant. Are these people that you trust to bring the ball up and effectively set up offense? Evans can create off the bounce, but the guy will also shut an offense down with isolation. Bledsoe is pretty similar. Dude is definitely not a true point.

Sure. What does set up offense mean? Everyone runs some variation of PnR. Is it getting a big to screen or using that screen effectively? Making smart decisions out from that screen?

I don't know what that means. Westbrook isn't a true point. I'd let him run my offense any time he wants. Chris Paul doesn't really set up offense; he's just unbelievable at working a PnR. There aren't many "pure" types on that list at all.
