I wanna say I've heard of people microwaving them in a paper sack to keep the moisture in.

Steam 'em. Put a few inches of water into a pot large enough to accomodate a metal colander (or steaming basket or pasta strainer). Bring to a boil, add crawfish to colander/basket, put on a lid. Steam for 5-10 mins. Voila, hot crawfish, not watery, overcooked, or leached of all seasoning. Prob need to do 2-3 lbs at a time unless you have a very large steamer basket.
