Roll balls to them, have them throw toward a target/person, take turns batting off the tee into the fence. later, have them each get 5 swings off the tee to the whole team fielding as a live play on the last hit.
Set a constant time and location for practice- every Wednesday at 6. The moms will bitch no matter what. If they don't like it, invite them to come coach next year.
