I am coaching 3/4 year old weeball. I only wanted to help but got talked into being the head coach because no other parent wanted to.
I seem to have great parent on my team and plenty of help.
We have 11 kids and we break into 3 or 4 groups.
1 group of 2 kids hits tennis balls off the tee getting individual instruction when done they rotate to home plate.
1 hits off of the tee at home plate when done they rotate to throwing station.
5 are in the fielding positions in the field. first rotates to 2nd, 2nd to ss, ss to 3rd, 3rd to pitcher, pitcher to hitting against fence.
3 are getting individual attention throwing. they rotate into first base 1 at a time as a batter gets finished.
we run bases twice at the beginning, once at the end and once when hitting at the plate.
seems to be working good so far and the parents seem to be appreciative because they said last year was horrible.
