You thinking that it's better to do a donation in MS? I'm heading back this weekend is why I'm asking.
She just got everything registered with MS all in her name, I have the boat I just don't want something to happen and she be liable due to insurance purposes. So, I'm trying to get this done before fishing starts rolling along.

A. Sure
B. She isn't liable if you kill someone with her boat. However, you need to get it donated to get it insured.
