Looked 100% on purpose to me, but then he throws his head up while he's nut punching him to make it look like an "accident."

Even if it was on purpose, I still don't see it as the crime against humanity like the announcers did.
They sounded like JR announcing an after the match beat down
"OH GOD, YOU CANT DO THIS!! YOU JUST CANT DO THIS!! SOMEONE STOP THIS THERE ARE CHILDREN WATCHING OH MY GODDDDDD OFF THE TOP ROPE, DOES HE HAVE NO SHAME?!!!"
