This is one of the strangest things I've heard. I mean, it could be true, but sort of sounds like an excuse. But if he says he is going to bring his A game level, then I'm fricken ready

If true that is good news. I thought after the Ole Miss game at the end of Feb. that this team had finally found its identity. At least 70% of our possession have to include getting the ball in the hands of Martin or Mickey with both feet in the paint. When we do this, there are not many teams in the country that will stop us offensively. Since that game (and even during it), Mickey's energy level seemed to be non-existent.

Raises a question as to why he's been son anemic. Bigger issue there?

I was wondering why he looked so anemic on the court...

Also reminds me of one of the wide receivers...can't remember which....Dwayne Bowe or Brandon Lafell. Anyway, one was inconsistent with his catching until they figured out he needed glasses! His pass catching greatly improved with eye correction.

Oh well, his next excuse will be that he's constipated. Just watch.

If it means going off.....then whatever. Eat (drink?) that iron and get it done.

This can turn out well for two reasons

1. It actually is the problem and will give him more energy.
2. Placebo effect and he feels like he can give more than he has been the last few games.

This team could make a final four run in this mediocre bracket if Mickey is at his best.

Mickey is tired bc he's logged a lot of minutes. They add up. More iron isn't going to undo all those minutes. Hopefully, he has enough in the tank.
