On my phone so I won't dig around PCPartPicker for slightly better prices and whatnot. Honestly now that I'm reading the part list, I see no problems with it for the purposes you stated (otherwise, for a primarily gaming pc, I'd just tell you to drop down to an i5 and 8gb). I initially raised an eyebrow at the hyper 212 in a Micro atx build, but it will indeed fit in that fractal design case. Seems like you did your homework.

I'm sure you understand the slight premium you pay for small form factor, and the inherent limitations as far as airflow/overclocking, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with it.
