then change the "honky or cracker" argument to any angry or threatening language uttered by a student (regardless of race)
these rules have to apply to everyone, or else you have no rules. it sucks b/c what they said was so shitty, but you have to have an entire system of behavioral regulation, which includes adequate due process for those accused. the rules have to be clear to everyone, or else it is impossible to know if you are breaking a rule
