NBA Draft Room
Martin #28 1st round
Mickey - undrafted and not even in the 10 picks after the draft is over

NBA Draft Express
Martin #32 2nd round
Mickey - undrafted

Walter Football
Martin #26 1st round
Mickey undrafted

NBA Draft.net

Mickey #31 2nd round
Martin undrafted

MyNBAdraft.com 1st round only

No Martin or Mickey

CONCLUSION: Mickey would be insane to leave after this year unless he wants to go play D-league overseas. Martin can likely continue to shoot up the draft boards as his play has increased dramatically since the beginning of the year. I think we will get at least one back

Sadly, these kids don't always look at this decision with a clear head and logic.

Martin would be the easiest to replace with Ben Simmons. If we lose Mickey's defense that would be a tough hole to fill.

The question for Martin is if he stays is there anything he can improve? Can he become a lottery pick?

Martin has a lot of upside as a 6'10" SF....Mickey is pretty much maxed out as a 6'8" PF. He can't play the 3 due to his lack of consistent outside jumper, defense, and ball handling.

NBA draft is almost strictly based on potential, hence Martin being drafted while Mickey isn't. Mickey would have to prove in a camp that he belongs.

Mickey needs to come back the most out of the 2. With the type of games Mickey plays an NCAA tournament run would do wonders for his draft stock. Plus Mickey would be a lot better if Elbert would develop over the summer. Mickey is playing out of position playing with a true center like Elbert would make Mickey so much better.

Martin should go, he can improve a lot over the summer and he will get drafted just not very high. Mickey on the other hand doesn't havr near the potential and should probably be a 4 year player unless he devotes a legit post game and stretches his mid range game out about another 4 foot.hes a elite college rim protector but he's not a elite defender.

I'm not saying I disagree with anything here, but are there any mocks put together by someone with known credibility? Maybe someone that works for a big media outlet that has connections with scouts and GM's?

Most of these just look like mocks put together by various Joe Blows on blogs

Neither possess what the nba covets at this time. Can't create shots, can't finish strong, can't handle ball well enough to play 3, can't defend down low or on perimeter. Hopefully they get honest encouragement from their families ...

My stock answer on this season long debate . If you watch the nba its
Very apparent how accurate this is
