I'm not sure you meant to reply to me. I don't have Ultras. I actually have some Nike Trail Runner shoes. Nike's work for me because of the way I run which is somewhat an overstride where i use the outside of my feet more than a balanced stride. If that makes sense

Geauxld I was directing my comment to 995. He said he was running an Ultra tomorrow. I was wondering which one he is running.
I have a bunch of friends that just started doing ultras. They did Destin 50K and one just did Mt Mitchell.
