Complete ACL tear.

Bulging disk in my neck. It's impossible to sleep. I thought I was gonna need surgery, but i got a series of epidurals in my neck that fixed it.

broken right cheek, broken jaw, broken right collar bone, broken right wrist, broken ulna and radius in right arm and dislocated right shoulder.

Burst fracture of my t12 vertebrae & Spinal fusion surgery.

Dirt bike accident when I was younger.
Total Damage:
Broken femur, titanium rod and 3 bolts in my leg.
Shattered nose and had upper jaw fracture basically clean across my skull, 2 plates and 4 screws and a new nose fixed that.
Bone chip/fragment wedged behind one of my knees that fused in place. Today I can still only bend one of my knees ~85%.
Total Damage:
Broken femur, titanium rod and 3 bolts in my leg.

Broken neck when I fell out of a tree house at age 6. Didn't walk for 4 weeks.
Runner up: stabbed in eye accidentally with a plastic fork, also age 6, and at same friend's house. Pretty sure he was trying to kill me.
Luckily no lasting effects from either of these injuries.

Broken jaw after being hit by car. Didn't hurt that bad as I was knocked out and on pain meds for a few days while they re-set it. But the next 6 weeks of having my mouth wired shut were miserable.

Dislocated knee w/ avulsion fracture (where the tendons rip off chunks of bone rather than just breaking off). When they took the xray it looked like my knee cap exploded. Passed out from the pain when they put it back in place. Ended up with little chunks of bone in my meniscus, which my doctor assured me will have to come out one day.

Broke 3 toes at one time... kicking my sister with bare feet. 
Almost lost an eye twice... ended up wit just a couple stitches both times instead.
Bone fragment in my knee that I still feel on certain days... Coulda had it operated on years ago but woulda been super invasive.
Been fairly lucky. Knock on wood.

Nearly full anterior labrum tear. Forgot how many anchors later and I'm at 80% in my left shoulder for the rest of my life. But I can now do a push up so I'm happy.
