It felt like forever since I was up most of the night a few nights, but they comeback pretty quickly, considering. I think it was also long for me because, as you say, it's so hard to see your pet in pain.
My cats are indoor cats. I hate fleas and my street is busy at times. One never wants to go out. One tries to escape regularly. He's like a gray ghost and can get past you when you open a door without you knowing it. I'm about to finish a big screened in porch, so I'm hoping to let them hang out there when I'm out there. If I start seeing fleas, though, I'm not sure that will last!
