Fished bayou black this weekend. Orange Grove and 70 Mile Canal areas. Didn't fair very well. Water was beautiful on the 70 mile side. Not so great in orange grove. Very windy, only caught a few bass and no sacalait. Anyone else have any luck?

Caught three out of a friends pond saturday. Caught a few small bass but we threw them back.

We caught atound 40 saturday night on Chicot. Didn't see another boat on the water that night, which was surprising.

We did not catch a single fish Saturday, not a one and that is rare to say the least.

How deep were you fishing?

We've done well the past 3 weekends there. They're not on the bank yet. You need to be fishing 4-6 deep towards the middle.
