Ok, this is the third time in this thread you've made a point to say "north shore trash." I'm not even a fan of the north shore and even I'm sick of seeing it. What mountain do you live on top of where you feel the need to look down on the north shore?

No kidding. Covington really had the lowest percentage of trashy patients in the ER awywhere I've worked

These people and those around them are just as trashy as the worst parts of New Orleans. Just seems like some people think the trash there is special.
