Makes sense. More expensive the breed the more likely you are to have it registered

Plus, it is flawed by calling it the most popular. If 100 people each have 1 pug registered as opposed to 50 people each having 3 beagles registered, the list will count the beagle as more popular even though only 50 people compared to 100 have them.
