Never said that. But considering that submitting to an ID request and not being a felon is typically required by law in order to open carry, I don't see why a person should be hostile and argumentative to a cop who is doing his job and making sure you have a right to carry the gun. And it won't always stop a mass murderer, but if the guy is acting crazy and mumbling shite about killing his chemistry professor, at least the cop has a chance to stop something awful from happening.
