So now we are comparing mythical bombs to guns? Jesus MF christ!
1. Carrying a long-gun in public in Texas is LEGAL
2. Asking someone for ID, when no crime has been committed is horseshite!
3. Detaining someone when there is no probable cause a crime has been committed is ILLEGAL.

Alright, let's say you live in a mostly white, suburban neighborhood outside of Houston. Your kids are playing in the yard when they see 6 black males in their mid 20's walking down the sidewalk. They are all wearing white tank tops, sagging military camo pants, and all 6 have rifles strapped on their backs. You don't call the cops do you? You would be outraged if an officer stopped them to check ID and ask where they are going wouldn't you?
