If they are still planning on the Teen Titan's show, then I doubt Nightwing is on the table for both shows. Now if Teen Titans has hit a snag, then he is definitely a possibility. Regardless we need Nightwing on tv.

If Blue Beetle is a possibility, then why didn't DC let them use Blue Beetle on Arrow instead of Palmer like the showrunners originally wanted? If DC ends up letting them use Blue Beetle on a spinoff starring the character that was suppose to be him, it would seem to me to appear extremely short sighted of DC, maybe even outright negligent on their part when it comes to foresight.

Booster Gold would be an interesting choice. I liked the character in the comics, but could they find an actor that could pull him off and make him believable? I would love to see him if they can pull him off.
