I'm sure this question will get me murdered by the board, but how good was Tommie Frazier as a QB? He played before I watched college football so I never saw him play outside of watching some highlights of him, so I'm admittedly somewhat ignorant on him. But looking at his stats he averaged 880 yards passing and 489 yards rushing in his 4 years. I know those Nebraska teams were dominant but his individual stats seem fairly pedestrian. Did he have injury problems or something or are people just remembering him as the QB of a dynasty?

He was arguably the best option QB in history.
I think he was second best, if Jamelle Hollieway doesn't blow his knee out he would have been better.
Darien Hagan was as good as Frazier but only started 2 years. Hagan was QB for the 90 Colorado nc team. He could throw with both hands 50 yards.

He was still the title game MVP in a losing effort. That should tell you something.
