No.

Is there a bad mouthfeel in a beer that you think tastes good? Is there a good mouthfeel in a beer you think tastes bad?

Do brownies and chocolate cake have the same mouthfeel? Both are delicious chocolate desserts, but one is dense and chewy while the other is light and fluffy. Both can be equally enjoyable, but there are obvious differences.

Black Crack comes to mind as a beer that is delicious, but just thin

I don't drink beer that tastes bad so I can't answer your other question
